Dominion Special Service. Palmerston North, August 10. Nominalions of officers for the Manttwatu Racing Club closed with the secretary. Miss M. Buchanan, at noon to-day. The requisite number, of nominations was received and no ballot was necessary. Officers. I'or the ensuing year will be:— President, Mr. L.. 11. Collinson : vice-pre-sidents, Messrs. B. J. Jacobs and L. B. Wall; treasurer, Mr. G. C. Keeble; committee, Mwsrs. N. Blackmore, W. Hall and J. Hughes. Dr. W. Hunter -Will.
