THANKSGIVING SERVICE
A provincial service of thanksgiving will be held in the St. Paul’s Cathedral Church next Wednesday evening at 8 o’clock. The Rev. C. IV. Haskell, from India, will be the principal preacher. The meeting will be attended by New Zealand Bishops. Bishop of Melanesia, and the Bishop-elect of Waiapu.
Wli.-u her dollies caught lire in her home at 29 Dougins Street. Wellington, at 10.20 yesterday morning, Mrs. A. Meharry received severe burns on her body .arms and legs. The Free Ambulance took her to hospital.
