THE KING REVIVES ST. GEORGE'S DAY CUSTOM. —The annual service of the Order of St. Michael and St. George in St. Paul's Cathedral on April 23 was for the first time for many years, attended by the King. He occupied his stall near the choir rails (to the left of the steps). More than 180 members of the Order were present at the service, in the course of which the names of 125 who had died since the last service were read.
