Quotations for other metals, with those for the previous week in parentheses, are as follows :— ■ Pig iron: Home trade, 109/- a ton (same); export, not quoted. Antimony: British, £7O/10/- a ton nominal (same); foreign, £lO/15/- a ton (£4O 43- a unit, nominal (same). Wolfram: Chinese, 49/6 a unit, nominal (51/6). British Treasury Bills . (British Official Wireless.) Ixmdon. July 8. The total amount applied for in tenders for £45,000.000 of treasury bills was £85.160.000. The average rate per cent, for bills at three months was 10/5.43 as against 10/5.33 a week ago.
