JAPANESE TEXTILES DECREE
Toltio, July 8. Japanese woollen and textile manufacturers have been ordered to mix staple fibres in their products to the extent of 30 to 40 per cent. The decree bans exports of woollen fabrics from Japan, Manchukuo, and China.
