The whole of. the masonry from the Wellington Publishing Company's former premises on I’limmer’s Steps is not to be removed by those responsible for the demolition of that building. The intention of the owners is to leave part of the side walls which flank the western side of the right-of-way leading down to the steps to act as a fence. This Is a si out wall of brick eighteen Inches in thickness in places, which should serve the purpose admirably.
