RECRUDESCENCE OF TERRORISM IN PALESTINE.—In view of the serious position which has arisen in Haifa through the renewal of bomb outrages and rioting, the British Government has diverted the cruiser Emerald (above) to that port until relieved on July 8 by the battle-cruiser Repulse. The Emerald was on her way to England.
