Here is the quickest way of reviving tired eyes. Fill your eye-bath with warm water and bathe your eyes. Now give them a cold bath, then a,hot, until they have had not less than three hot baths and three cold. Women in Estonia are proud that one of their number—Mrs. Linda Eenpalu, wife of the Minister of the Interior—has been appointed a member of the Estonian State Council.
