BLIND FARMER
A real example of triumph over handicaps is contained in the life-story of a 65-year-old farmer of Peterborough. Canada, who, though totally blind, continues to control and run his 100acre farm, with only a collie puppy to assist him. He feeds the cattle himself, cleans out their stalls, milks the cows, aud is so methodical and careful that the farm actually pays. He has been married twice, but his second wife' died many years ago.
