Sir —Two' able correspondents, “N. Gould” and "J.A.McF.,” have summed up the position in a clear-cut manner. Ihe statement made by Mr. Kuehi Gunji is ot a similar nature to those made, by other Japanese spokesmen, "... Chinese people, as long as they are treated kindly, it is all the same to them. . .
