Argo And Worksop Extended
The 1 Argo Gold Dredging Company, Limited, has declared a dividend (No. lu) of one penny a share, free of income tax, on all the shares in the company, payable on August 1. • This dividend represents a distribution of £2OOO to the shareholders, and makes a total of £29,200 paid iu dividends since operations commenced. The sum of £4OO has been placed to the general reserve fund, which now stands at £3OOO. ’ , ’ Transfer books will be closed from July 25 to August 1, both days inclusive. The Worksop Extended Gold Dredging Company, Limited, has declared a dividend (No. 11) of 10 per cent., free of income tax, on all the shares in the company, payable on Saturday, July 16. This dividend represents a distribution of £l6OO to the shareholders, and makes a total of £17,600 paid in dividends since operations commenced. The sum of £l6O has been placed to the general reserve fund, which now stands at £1760. Transfer books will be closed from July 11 to 16, both days inclusive.
