GERMAN-CZECH TRADE TREATY
Negotiations Opened In

Berlin, May 9.
A Czechoslovak delegation has opened negotiations with the Ministry of Economics for a new trade treaty necessitated by incorporation of Austria. The question of transit to Trieste is an important item on the agenda. The German Press points out that Czechoslovakia is largely dependent on Germany economically, and that over 90 per cent, of the Czech exports pass over German railway lines.
