That a high educational standard and experience in social work are essential in those undertaking the work of women police. 2. That the age of recruits for women police should be not younger than 25 years. 3. That the preliminary training of women police should be done by women and some training latjr be given by men. 4. That where women police are employed a policewomen of higher rank should have entire charge of them and be directly responsible to the chief of the police.
