HOUSING PROBLEM
Wellington City Council’s Report Ready The report of the Wellington City Council’s housing, town planning and centennial committee is how prepared, and the council at its meeting last night decided to hold a special meeting on Thursday evening to consider it. The Mayor, Mr. T. C. A. Hislop, said the report had been circulated to members of the council. Cr. C. H. Chapman, M.P.: Wouldn't it be possible to take that report now? Mr. Hislop: The report is a > very extensive one. My suggestion is that w? have a special meeting of the council to deal with it. The mayor's suggestion was agreed to. '
