Visitors to. Wellington Lady Angela Dawnay, London, has arrived at Wellington, and is at the Hotel St. George. Mr. and Mrs. F. Grotrian, “Konerva,” Ashhurst, and Miss Anne Cooper, o£ Christchurch, who has been their guest, are visiting Wellington. Mr. and Mrs. Grotrian. who are staying with Mrs. W. M. Shand, Tinakori Road, will return home to-day, and Miss Cooper, who is at present the guest of her aunt, Mrs. Walter Hislop, will remain in Wellington for about ten days. On Holiday Mrs. M. O. Johnston, Wellington, is visiting Auckland. . Mrs. J?W. Butcher, Karori, is a Wellington visitor to Auckland. Miss Ula [Ramsey, Wellington, was a recent visitor to Masterton. Mrs. Reid, Sen., is staying with Mr. and Mrs. J. V. Reid, “Tawera,* Masterton. Mrs. A. I>. Crawford, Wellington, is visiting Timaru, and is the guest of Mrs. Burdon, Woodbury. Mrs M G. Latta, Wellington, is the guest of Mrs. A. D. Reid, Devonport, Auckland. Mrs. H. J. Rawson, Lower Hutt, and Miss Dorothy Buck, Hill Street, Wellington, have left on a tour of the North Island. Mrs. James Lindsay and Mrs. Elsie M. Laurie, Wellington, are the guests, of their brother, Mr. Norman Boyne. Carterton. They are accompanied by Mr. Lindsay. Going Abroad Mr V. J. and Mrs. Moller will leave for England by the Tainui to-day. ! Miss Jean Caradus, ilataitai, will leave Wellington by the Awatea to-day on a visit to Australia. Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Richardson and Miss Richardson will leave Wellington to-day by the Tainui for England. Mrs. F. de J. Clere, Mr. F. T. and Mrs. Clere, and Miss V. Clere are among the passengers who will leave by the' Tainui for Southampton to-day. Mrs. Norman Boyne, Carterton, will leave by the Awatea to-day on a holiday visit to Sydney. She,will visit her mother and relatives there. Mr and Mrs. Gordon Weeber, Wellington, and their son, Raymond, left from Auckland by the Monterey yesterday, en route for America. They expect to be. away for six months. Miss Nancy Waters, Wellington, who has completed her training at the Napier Hospital, returned to her home on Saturday, accompanied by Miss Lorna Thomas. Miss Waters will leave to-day by the Awatea for Sydney and Melbourne for a holiday. Returned Home Miss Noel Horrocks, who has been the guest of Miss Ruth Wheeler, Easdale Street, will return to Rotorua to-day. Miss Yvonne Beere, Whangarei, who for the past fortnight has been staying with Mrs. R. 0. Hayes, Campbell Street, Karori, has returned home. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Bayliss, Ngahere, Masterton, have returned home after spending a fortnight’s holiday at Paraparaumu Beach.
