RECORD BUILDING YEAR
Figures For Feilding Dominion Speciai Service Palmerston North, April 4. Feilding has experienced a record building year and for the 12 months which ended’on March 31 the value of permits issued by the Feilding Borough Council totalled £38.539. This amount does not include State houses erected in' East' Street or the refractory block and additional class-rooms for Feilding Agricultural High School.The cost of these would bring the total building expenditure in Feilding for the rear to approximately £60,000.
