IVheu the Second Court of Arbitration sat at iWellington yesterday, an ‘ announcement was made by Mr. W. J. Mountjoy, iwho appeared for the employers, that'an agreement had been reached in the Wellington City Fire Brigade industrial dispute. The agreement had not been ratified by all the assessors, said Mr. iMountjoy, and a conciliation council hearing had been arranged for that purpose on Wednesday. The court adjourned the hearing sine die, to be brought on in accordance with the agreement of the parties.
