MINOR OUTBREAKS OF FIRE
* Fire did slight damage to an outhouse at the rear of Mr. L. B. Burgess's premises off Torrens Terrace, Wellington, at 6.43 last evening. The brigade extinguished the fire- by means of bucket pumps. A tourer car owned by Mr. G. Saunders. 10 Oriental Terrace, caught fire in Willeston Street at 8.53 p.m. yesterday Only minor damage was done, however, ami by the time the brigade arrived the fire was well under control.
