MURDER CHARGE
Young Man Remanded Till Next Week By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, April 4. The hearing of the charge against Francis Robert Spensley, aged 19, of .murdering his father at Swanson on February 6 will begin at the Magistrates’ Court on April 13. When Spensley appeared on remand this morning, Detective-Sergpant Nalder asked for a further remand. The magistrate, Mr. F. K. Hunt: You will be going on with it then, won’t you? Detective-Sergeant Nalder: Yes, sir. CHRISTCHURCH CASE By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, April 4. The police announced their intention of proceeding with the murder charge on April 11 when Roland Leslie Kay appeared in the Magistrates’ Court to-day charged- with the murder of his father, John Kay.’
