Ex-Air Officers’ Reserve.
The Air Ministry has approved of the formation of a Royal Air Force Exoflicers’ Emergency Reserve, which is expected to include about 42,000 officers who will be available for technical, administrative, and similar posts in the event of general mobilisation, states a London cablegram.
New Bisley Target. A more difficult type of target will be used this year iu the Army Rifle Association’s matches at Bisley, states a British official wireless message from Rugby. The new target, which has been designed to deceive the eye of the firer, corresponds more closely with battlefield conditions, and is without other clearly defined aiming marks.
