Autumn Days
r pHANK You, God. for autumn days, x With shining fields and golden sheaves, And, ripening fruits and rustling leaves; For com and flour and new-made bread, And golden butter thickly spread. Thank You for the friendly cow, Who gives us milk to make us grow; For woolly sheep and clothing warm To keep us from all cold and harm; For nuts and fruits and berries red, Upon the trees and bushes spread.
