MONDAY’S WRESTLING
Joe Tonti And Leo Jensen Great interest is being taken iu the commencement of the PJ3B wrestling season, the first Wellington contest being set down for the Town Hall on Monday night, when the contestants will be Leo Jensen and Joe Tonti. The Wellington association has been particularly fortunate in being able to secure these two men.for the initial match, as they are expected to play a major part in the season’s operations. Jensen is a highly versatile wrestler with a remarkably liue record. Tonti, in addition to being a very fine wrestler, with a draw with the ex-champion Dean Detton to his credit, is a man of remarkable physical development. Tonti's chief claim to distinction in regard to his physique is the phenomenal strength in his arms and shoulders, qnd thiy morning he will give a demonstration of it. He will draw a heavy load, walking on his hands, with the towing line held between his teeth. The exhibition will be given at the Oriental Para'de-Clyde Quay intersection at 11 o'clock, when Tonti will pull a motor-car loaned by Dominion Motors.
