University Cricket Match At Dunedin By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, March 24. The University of Otago v. Canterbury University College cricket match concluded to-day in beautiful weather. The game resulted in a draw, and a feature of it was a chanceless innings by the Otago captain, Uttley, of 128. Scores were: Canterbury College, first innings, 187; second innings, 244 for nine wickets, declared (Mitchell 57, Buchanan 47, Begg four for 80, Gowland three for 43). Otago, first innings, 152; second innings, 220 for two wickets (Uttley 128, Dunn 44 not out). SCHOOLS MATCH DRAWN By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, March 24. The cricket match between the Otago and Tiuiaru High Schools was concluded to-day and resulted in a draw. Tiuiaru in their first innings made 128 and in the second 146 (Watt 43, McLeod 27, Partridge five for 46). Otago's first innings closed for 193 (Gough 84, Somerville 39, McKenzie three for 33). The Otago boys' cricket team comfortably beat, the Southland representatives this morning, winning by seven wickets.
