UNDEFENDED DIVORCES

Decrees Nisi Granted ■Undefended petitions for divorce were dealt with by Mr. Justice Reed in the Supreme Court at Wellington yesterday, decrees nisi being granted in the following cases on the grounds stated: — Elizabeth Ann Simpson (Mr. J. J. Garbett) v. Cyril Joseph Simpson, separation. John Aloysius Josef McWilliam (Mr. R. E. Gillon) v. Muriel Ethel Mary McWilliam, desertion. Dora Genevieve Lavin (Mr. A. J. Mazengarb) v. Joseph Percival Lavin, desertion. Ernest Irvine (Mr. A. J. Mazengarb) v. Ethel Agnes Irvine, separation. Clifford Ralph Gimblett (Mr. M. R. Watterson) v. Cecilia Frances Gimblett, desertion. Emily Rose Paterson (Mr. L. K. Munro, Auckland) v. Douglas McKnight Paterson, non-compliance with an order for restitution of conjugal rights. ■ Violet Victoria Wise (Mr. A. J. Mazengarb) v. George Francis Wise, desertion, George Henry Foothead (Mn A. J. Mazengarb) v. Margaret Fraser Foothead, separation. Elsie Katherine Sayer (Mr. A. J. Mazengarb) v. Leo Reginald Sayer, separation. Margaret Barsht (Mr. A. M. Hollings) v. Judah Barsht, desertion. Julia Constance Wcdderspoon (Mr. H. McCormick) v. William Carrick .Wedderspoon, desertion. Mary Gray Coupe (Mr. A. B. Sievwright) v. Clarence William Coupe, desertion. Orders for restitution of conjugal rights were made in the following cases: John Ritchie (Mr. G. C. Kent) v. Irene Ritchie; Malcolm Archibald Parrant (Mr. N. H.
