» Hon. R. Semple At Nelson By Telegraph—Press Association. Nelson, March 23. The Minister of Public Works and Transport,' Hon. R. Semple, in an address to a crowded house at the Theatre Royal last evening, gave an account of his stewardship. He was very enthusiastically received. He described the bringing of the transport problem under control and with the assistance of a film told the story of the revolutionising of the country's public works construction tiy moans of adopting (lie most modern methods of construction. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded.
