NATIONAL PARTY CANDIDATE
Mr. F. G. Hall-Jones For Invercargill By Telegraph—Press Association Invercargill, March 22. A meeting of members of the Invercargill branch of the National Party to-night unanimously endorsed the .selection of Mr. F. G. Hall-Jones as the party's candidate for the Invercargill scat at the general election. He will go to the poll as a Liberal Nationalist. It was announced that the selection had been approved by the Dominion council of the party. A motion of confidence in the Hon. Adam Hamilton as leader of the party was also carried.
