Tiie Equity Court granted a final order authorising the Public Trustee to remit to the Public Trustee of New Zealand as he deemed fit up to £4OOO regarding the winding-up of the Investment Executive Trust of New Zealand. A further sum of £lOOO is retained in the meantime till the costs are ascertained. i
