Dr. Inquart Appointed Chancellor (Received March 13, 7 p.m.) Vienna, March 12. The formation of the new Nazi Cabinet has been announced as follows :— Chancellor and Minister of Defence, Dr. Inquart; Vice-Chancel-lor, Herr von Glaisse Horstenau; Minister of Justice, Herr Frank Hueber, Marshal Goering’s brother-in-law; Minister of Social Welfare, Dr. Hugo Jury; Minister of Finance, Dr. Rudolf Neumayer; Minister of Agriculture, Herr Reinthaler; Minister of Trade, Herr Fischboeck; Secretary of State, Herr Skubel, former police chief; Minister for Moulding the Political Will, Herr Klausner; Minister of Education, Herr Menghin; Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. W. Wolff.
