WAR VETERAN’S FUNERAL

A parade of South African War veterans under Captain J. J. Clark, president of the Wellington South African Mar Veterans’ Association, attended the funeral of Mr. Walter Barrell on Ihursday. Mr. J. I. Goldsmith represented the president of the Dominion association. Mr. Barrell served in the hirst Dorsetshire Regiment. , , ~ n The associations padre. Rev. D. V. Bates, officiated at the service at the mortuary chapel and also at the graveside.
