Another New Branch At Wanganui Dominion Special Service. Wanganui, March 11. A further branch of the New Zealand National Party was formed in the Wanganui electorate last, night when an enthusiastic meeting of supporters was held at Upper Aramoho, where a strong committee was formed under the chairmanship of Mr. A. E. Halligan. Interest in the National Party is increasing in Wanganui and Upper Aramoho is the seventh branch to be formed in the electorate. Only three more branches are necessary to Affect a complete coverage of the area. The principal speaker last night was Mr. H. C. Veitch, who dealt with various unhappy effects of the Government's legislation, particularly commercial broadcasting and taxation.
