State May Claim Death Penalty For AU MOSCOW MILITARY HEAD ARRESTED By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. (Received March 11, 7.10 p.m.) London, March 11. The Russian treason trial was discontinued on Thursday to enable M. Vishinsky, the prosecutor, to prepare a speech in which he will doubtless demand the death penalty for all prisoners, says the Moscow correspondent of “The Tinies.” It is reported from Moscow’ that Marshal Budenny, commander of the Moscow military district, has been arrested.
