Possibility Of Annual Visits By Australians By Telegraph— Press Association. Christchurch, March 10. The possibility of arranging for a tour of the Dominion emch year by Australian swimmers will be considered by a committee set up at a meeting tonight of the council of the New Zealand Amateur Swimming Association. This decision was made by the council after it had considered a report presented by the manager of the New Zealand swimming team at the Empire Games, Mr."E. C. Isaacs. More intensive swimming and more competition against overseas swimmers of world class were essential if the New Zealand standard of competitive swimming was to be substantially improved, said Mr. Isaacs, who suggested that an Australian team should be invited to tour New Zealand each year and that a New Zealand team should visit Australia once In each two years.
