CRUISE LINER ARRIVES AT AUCKLAND

On tile last of this season’s summer cruises from Australia, the P. and O. liner Strathmore arrived at Auckland early this afternoon after a pleasant trip across tlie Tasman. She brought 1000 cruise passengers and 51 for New Zealand. The Strathmore will leave for Wellington at 11 p.m. to-morrow. A fleet of cars and buses lined the wharfside to take passengers on overland tours and to Wellington.
