For being found without lawful excuse on the premises of the Ewart Hospital, but under circumstances that did not disclose the commission of an intention to commit an offence, Walter Godfrey Mack, labourer, aged ‘l9. appeared before Mr. J. 11. Luxford. S.M., in the Magistrates’ Court, Wellington, yesterday and was convicted and discharged.
