For obtaining credit by fraud by incurring a debt of‘3/6 to a Wellington taxi-driver by stating that he was a newly appointed surgeon at the Wellington Hospital. Henry George Rodney Stair, salesman, aged 33, was fined £2/10/-, costs 10/-. in default seven days’ imprisonment, by Mr. J. G. L. Hewitt, S.M., in the Magistrates’ Court. Wellington', yesterday.
