Major T. King Honoured For Fourteenth Time
For the fourteenth time Major T. King, a member of the Rugby Uuion managei ment committee, was elected by the Hutt i Rugby Football Club last night as one | of its delegates to the annual meeting of . the union. Major King, who presided, I said he considered it a great honour. I The secretary, Mr. C. W. Dudding, was voted an honorarium of £2O. The mover, Mr. G. P. Roberts, said that only the club’s finances prevented him from suggesting a larger amount. Described by the chairman as a forward move, the subscription for honorary members was reduced from 5/6 to 2/6 annually.
