Musical Evening
Last evening the first meeting for 1938 of the British Music Society Plano Group was held in the studio. There were a large number of members and , friends present, and an excel leni programme was presented. It was very gratifying to notice how keen the new members were to contribute to the programme. Various business matters were discussed and supper was served after the performance. Mr. Keith Picton led the group, and those members who contributed items were Misses Shirley Craig, Dorothy Downing, Muriel Fleming, Ngaere Highet, Dorothy la Roche, and Messrs. Lionel Harris, Brian MacMillan, Paul Magill and Keith Picton.
