Queen Margaret College FOUR RECORDS BROKEN A high standard of swimming was maintained at the annual sports of Queen Margaret’s College, Wellington, which were held at the Thorndon baths yesterday. Two records were equalled, and four broken, Betty Picot breaking the 50 yards senior championship record which was established in 1933. At the conclusion of the races, the prizes and trophies were presented by Mr. K. Luke. The starter was Mr. J. T. Kellaway. The senior champion was Betty Picot, and the runner-up Margaret Martin.
