“I feel we have every reason to be certain the new tramway access route will be under construction iu the course of the next few months,” said the mayor of Wellington, Mr. T. C. A. Hislop, at the opening of the Karori flower show yesterday, in response to a remark by Mr. W. Simm, vice-presi-dent of the Karcri Horticultural Society, on tlie work Mr. Hislop had done to obtain the tramway improvement.
