PURSUANT to Section 44, “The Counties Act, 1920,” NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rolls of County Electors for the several Ridings of the County of Makara are open for inspection at the County Offices. 57 Ballance Street, Wellington, at the Post Office. Makara. Post Office, Johnsonville, Post Office. Porirua, F. Richardson's Post Office Store, Tawa Flat, and Mrs. Vella’s Post Office Store. Titahi Bay, where they may be inspected without fee b.v all persons interested therein, between the hours of 10 a.m. r.nd 4 p.m., until the loth day of February, 1938. Any person who considers himselt aggrieved by reason that: — (a) Any person whose name ie on rhe said roll in respect of any qualification does not possess that qualification at the time when the objection is lodged ; (b) Any" person whose name ia not on the said roll possesses the necessary qualifications at the time when the objection is lodged and is entitled to have his name enrolled ; or (c) The number of votes allotted to any person is greater or less than that to which he is entitled. may, on or before the 22nd day of February, 1938, lodge with the Council any objection in writing under his hand.
