L.M.S. Railway
The London, Midland and Scottish Railway is spending £2,000,000 next year on a permanent way renewal programme, including the complete relaying of 605 miles of tracks, states a British official wireless message from Rugby. Orders for 95,000 tons of British steel are to be placed.
