The Rangitata is berthed at the Glasgow Wharf.

THE MAUI POMARE. . The Government motor-ship, Maui pomare. at present berthed at the Taranaki Street Wharf, will leave Wellington at I p.m. to-day for Apia, Samoa, and Niue Island. She Is due back at Lyttelton on January 10. and at Wellington the following day, to discharge fruit.

WAIRANGI IN BALLAST. In ballast from Brisbane, the Shaw Savill motor-ship Wairangl arrived at Wellington yesterday afternoon from Brisbane. She will lay up at Aotea Quay over Christmas, and will sail on December 2< to begin loading at Wanganui. She will load in rotation at New Plymouth. Auckland, and Napier, and will return to Wellington to fill up, sailing finally on January 25 for London, via Cape Horn and Las Palmas. MAIMOA DELAYED. The Shaw Savill steamer Malmoa, completing Homeward loading at Auckland, will not now clear that port until next Tuesday, when she sails finally for Loudon and West Coast ports, via Cape Horn and Montevideo. arawa to-morrow. The Shaw Savill liner Arawa is due at Wellington to-morrow from Gisborne, and will leave again next Tuesday to complete Homeward loading at Lyttelton. She will clear Lyttelton finally on December 31 for Southampton and London, via the Panama Canal. WAIWERA OUTBOUND. The Shaw Savill motor-ship M aiwera, outward bound from Liverpool, is reported by cable to have cleared Balboa on Sunday afternoon. She is due at Auckland on January 6. at Wellington on January 11. and will empty at Lyttelton. Port Chalmers and Bluff. PORT CAMPBELL AT AUCKLAND. From London, the Port Line steamer Port Campbell arrived at Auckland yesterday, and Will later complete discharge at Dunedin and Bluff. PORT HOBART LATER. The Port Hobart, discharging Port Line cargo from New York and is due at Dunedin to-day to complete. She will now load at New Plymouth from December 23 to 29. Wellington from December 30 to January 4, and afterward at Timaru. Bluff, and Port Chalmers, sailing finally from the last port on January 15 for Loudon. via Cape Horn and Las Palmas. RANGITANE DUE BACK. The New Zealand Shipping Company motor-liner Rangitane. which has been discharging London cargo at Lyttelton, is due back at ’Wellington to-morrow to complete. She will begin loading Homeward here, and will sail on January 2 to till up at Napier and Auckland, sailing on January 13 from Auckland for Loudon, ria the Panama Canal and Jamaica. BENARTY IN PORT. Loading wool under charter to .Messrs. G. H. Scales. Ltd., the steamer Benarty is due at Wellington to-day from Gisborne, and will sail again on Christmas Eve for Lyttelton, Timaru. and Dunedin.
