FLYING-BOAT BASES
Darwin, December 20.
The commander of tiie Centaurus. Captain Burgess, and the flight superintendent of Qantas Airways, Captain Brain, are both satisfied that the temporary bases available for flying-boats between Singapore and Darwin would be satisfactory if an immediate extension of tiie flying-boat service to Darwin look place.
