STRANDED LINER
Crew’s Boisterous Conduct (Received December 17, 7.30 p.m.) Manila, December 16. Several passengers from the stranded liner President Hoover complained that a dozen members of the crew entered the ship’s bar and became intoxicated while the passengers were ashore at Iloishoto. They then came ashore singing boisterously. The remainder of the crew, however, efficiently performed their duties.
