Moon-Set in Daylight. TAOES it seem strange to you when U you see a moon in the half-light? I was' watching a new moon, or rather a three days’ old one, setting, almost before the daylight had faded. The moon was pale and the-sky a greenish colour, and it was quite difficult to see the moon at all.
I don’t like very much to be told I’m superstitious, but I always say "rabbits” on the first of the month and wish whenever I get an excuse. Isn’t it funny how you do things like that, scoffing outwardly, but going on all the same?
One of these days, when T get him properly stuffed, there will be a new addition to Sunshine Box. A grey donkey whose name is Dick, and who gave me great fun making him. Making animals is great, 1 think, especially when, mostly by accident, they acquire such comical expressions.— Blossom Fairy (15), Napier.
