In the High Court to-day, Mr. Justice Evatt delivered final judgment.in the Trautwein taxation ease, which has been before the courts since July, 1935, and was the subject of an unsuccessful appeal by T. C. Trautwein on September 9, 1936. . Mr. Justice Evatt to-day entered final judgment in favour of the Federal Taxation Commissioner and against Trautwein for the payment of £101,996 in taxation and penalties.
