Mercury the upper component of the Mayo composite aircraft, alighting on the water at Rochester England, during her trials. If the trials of the composite, which includes the launching of the upper machine from the lower, prove successful, it is forecast that Mercury will be able to complete the Atlantic crossing in about seven hours.
