TAINUI DELAYED

Now Due Here 6 a.m. Thursday The Shaw, Savlll Company has received a further wireless message from its Liner Talnui, eii route from Loudon and Southampton to Wellington, via Kingston and the Panama Caual, reporting that she has been delayed by heavy weather aud now expects to arrive here at 6 a.m. on Thursday. She will land passengers only at Wellington and will leave here again on Thursday afternoon for Lytteltou. Dunedin and Napier to discharge her London cargo. AWATEA AT AUCKLAND. From Sydney the Union Company’s Liner Awatea reached Auckland yesterday morning. She is to leave there again next Friday on the return trip to Sydney. MIDDLESEX AT AUCKLAND. From London to the agencj’ of the New Zealand Shipping Company, the Middlesex reached Auckland yesterday and proceeded to the Motuihi anchorage to land explosives. She is to berth at Auckland tomorrow morning and will later proceed to Wellington and Bluff to complete discharge, being due here about October 4. THE LIMERICK. The Union Company’s motor-ship Limerick, en route from Los Angelefe via Papeete and the Cook Islands, is due at Rarotonga to-day. The C.-A. liner Niagara is to leave Vancouver to-morrow for Honolulu, Suva, Auckland and Sydney. She is due at Auckland on October 18. CHIFUKU MARU AT AUCKLAND. From Japanese ports, the Y.K.K. Line steamer Chifuku Maru reached Auckland yesterday She will later discharge and load at Wellington, Lyttelton, Wanganui and Dunedin. The vessel is due here next Saturday, and after working Dunediu will return to Lytteltou to load sheep She is to clear Lyttelton finally on October 20 for Japan. Wright, Stephenson and Co. She is to leave here again to-night tor Melbourne, via Bluff. TROJAN STAR SAILS. Having completed her Homeward loading the Blue Star Line steamer Trojan Star left Auckland last night for London, via the Panama Canal. MAHANA FURTHER DELAYED The Shaw, Savill steamer Mahana has been further delayed at Wanganui and is now due at Wellington next Friday to continue her Homeward loading. She is to leave here again later the same day for Lytteltou, Gisborne. Napier and Auckland to fill up. and is now scheduled to clear the northern port finally on October 12 for London. Avonmouth. Liverpool and Glasgow, via Cape Horn. KENT ARRIVES HOME. Cabled advice has been received that the Federal steamer Kent reached Southampton last Saturday. She left Auckland on August 11 for Southampton. London. Avonmouth, Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow via Cape Horn aud Montevideo. MAIMOA LEAVES LIVERPOOL. Cabled advice has been received that the Shaw, Savill steamer Matmoa left Liverpool last Saturday for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on November 5. THE MAUI POMARE. The Government motor-ship Maui Pomare, with fruit from Apia and Niue Island, reached Lyttelton yesterday morning. She may arrive at Wellington this afternoon, but it will probably be to-morrow morning before she arrives here to complete discharge. The vessel is to berth at No. 14' Queen's Wharf. Mr. T. J.
