MILITARY TRIALS
Court-martial Conveners The following officers have been authorised to convene military courtsmartial and to confirm the findings and sentences of such tribunals: — Major-General J. E. Duigan, C. 8., D.S.Q., N.Z.S.C., white commanding the New Zealand Military Forces. Lieut.-Colonel (temporary Colonel) R. Miles, D. 5.0., M.C., R.N.Z.A., while holding the appointment of officer commanding the Northern Command. Colonel P. H. Bell, D. 5.0., N.Z.S.C., while holding the appointment of officer commanding the Southern Command.
