BOY SCOUT JAMBOREE
Inauguration of Overseas Council Vogelensaug, Holland, August 3. At the boy scout jamboree, the Chief Scout, Lord Baden-Powell, inaugurated an overseas council as an informal clearing-house for information between the Home Country, the Dominions, and India, resulting in closer touch, like a miniature Imperial Conference.
